Support Services

Comprehensive wraparound support that removes barriers and sets participants up for lasting success.

Holistic Approach

More Than Job Training

BridgeWorks recognizes that workforce training alone is not enough to ensure long-term success for returning citizens. Stable employment depends on stable housing, reliable transportation, access to childcare, and resolution of outstanding legal matters.

Every participant receives a needs assessment during enrollment. Based on this assessment, our support services team develops an individualized resource plan that addresses each participant's specific circumstances. Services continue throughout the training period and for six months after program completion.
