Employers who hire BridgeWorks graduates may qualify for the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit. This credit can be worth up to $9,600 per eligible employee, depending on hours worked and wages paid during the first year of employment. BridgeWorks handles the paperwork, assisting with IRS Form 8850 pre-screening and coordinating with your HR department.
