BridgeWorks engages more than 80 volunteers annually across a range of roles. Whether you can offer a few hours a month or a regular weekly commitment, there is a meaningful way for you to support returning citizens on their path to stable careers.
Mock Interview Coach
Conduct practice interviews with program participants, provide constructive feedback on communication style, and help build confidence for real employer conversations.
Workshop Facilitator
Lead interactive sessions on resume writing, workplace communication, financial literacy, or other professional development topics aligned with our training tracks.
Resume Reviewer
Review and refine participant resumes each week, offering tailored suggestions to strengthen formatting, language, and positioning for target industries.
Event Volunteer
Support quarterly fundraising galas, graduation ceremonies, employer mixers, and community open houses with logistics, setup, and attendee coordination.
Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, file organization, outreach mailings, and general office tasks that keep BridgeWorks programs running smoothly behind the scenes.

How to Get Started
Getting started as a BridgeWorks volunteer is straightforward. Complete our online interest form and a member of our team will reach out within five business days to discuss available roles that match your skills and schedule. All volunteers complete a brief orientation session and background check before beginning their first assignment.
