Career Training Tracks

BridgeWorks offers a suite of workforce development programs designed specifically for returning citizens who are ready to launch stable, lasting careers. Every program combines hands-on technical training with professional development, mentorship, and wraparound support services.

Construction & Trades

Intensive, hands-on training in welding, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Graduates earn OSHA, NCCER, and AWS certifications. 82% placement rate within 60 days.

Mentorship & Support

Every BridgeWorks participant is paired with a professional mentor who provides one-on-one guidance throughout the training period and for six months after graduation.

Housing Assistance

Referrals to transitional housing partners and rental assistance programs.

Transportation

Bus passes and ride-share credits for participants who need help getting to class.

Childcare

Partnerships with local childcare providers offering subsidized slots.

Legal Aid

Pro bono legal clinics for record expungement and civil legal matters.

Financial Coaching

Budgeting, banking, credit building, and tax preparation sessions.

Behavioral Health

Access to licensed counselors and peer support groups.

Eligibility & How to Apply

BridgeWorks programs are open to adults 18 and older who are returning to the workforce after involvement with the criminal justice system.

Submit an Interest Form

Complete the brief online form on our website or visit our office in person.

Attend Orientation

Join a 90-minute orientation session held every Tuesday at 10:00 AM.

Meet with an Advisor

Schedule a one-on-one meeting to discuss your goals and choose a program track.

Enroll

Confirm your enrollment and prepare for your cohort start date.
