Program Coordinator
Department: Programs Reports to: Program Director Status: Full-time Location: BridgeWorks Training Center, 1200 Opportunity Drive, Suite 400
The Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of one or more training tracks. Responsibilities include managing cohort schedules, coordinating with instructors and guest speakers, tracking participant attendance and progress, maintaining program records, and supporting certification exam logistics. The ideal candidate has experience in education administration, workforce development, or social services and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, social work, or related field
- 2+ years of program coordination or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management
- Experience working with justice-involved populations preferred
Career Coach
Department: Career Services Reports to: Director of Career Services Status: Full-time Location: BridgeWorks Training Center
The Career Coach works directly with participants and recent graduates to prepare them for employment and support their transition into the workforce. Responsibilities include conducting career assessments, facilitating resume and interview workshops, managing job matching with employer partners, and providing individualized coaching throughout the placement process and for 12 months post-graduation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, human resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in career coaching, workforce development, or employment services
- Knowledge of local labor market and employer landscape
- Experience with motivational interviewing or strengths-based coaching techniques
- Familiarity with reentry populations and the barriers they face is strongly preferred
Development Associate
Department: Development Reports to: Director of Development Status: Full-time Location: BridgeWorks Training Center
The Development Associate supports BridgeWorks' fundraising efforts across individual giving, grant management, corporate partnerships, and special events. Responsibilities include donor database management, gift processing and acknowledgment, grant research and proposal support, event logistics coordination, and donor communications. This role is ideal for someone early in their nonprofit development career who wants to grow within a mission-driven organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with donor management software (Bloomerang, Salesforce, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Marketing Specialist
Department: Communications Reports to: Executive Director Status: Full-time Location: BridgeWorks Training Center (hybrid eligible)
The Marketing Specialist manages BridgeWorks' digital presence and communications strategy. Responsibilities include creating content for social media, the website, email newsletters, and print materials; managing the organization's brand identity; coordinating media inquiries; and supporting event promotion. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and visual storyteller who can communicate our mission to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
- Photography and video production skills are a plus
